My name is Victoria

Fourteen volunteer performers recited the script My Name Is Victoria individually and randomly to a visitor as if to socialize with audience in an exhibition opening. My Name Is Victoria was compiled from facebook and email responses to the artist concerning their name by women who were named Victoria. It was first produced as an artist book and a video work. This performance was a new development from the series with support by Para/Site and Chalk Horse.
